“Daydreaming” is a performance and by the interdisciplinary performance collective iyi. It was shown as a 30 min performance at MaHalla, Berlin in 2024. The performance uses elements of contemporary dance, painting, live music and video projection, and different materials such as acrylic paint, charcoal, sand, water, soil and textile canvases to create a dream landscape where we invite the audience to imagine our collective future. The performance aims to move inner worlds and show the necessity and importance of the act of daydreaming as a form of resistance.
